Great River Landing is a housing development in the North Loop that will serve 72 adults. This apartment building is unique because it will be home to primarily fathers who are dedicated to being good parents, workers, and community members. Apart from housing, the building will also provide specific amenities like classrooms, meditation spaces, meeting rooms, and lounges to encourage personal growth and communal living. Finally the ground floor of the building will have a large congregational space that doubles as a cafeteria, a showroom for Better Futures products, and office space for Better Futures.
4RM+ULA is proud to be working on this development with Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaboration, members from Plymouth Congregational Church, members from Westminster Presbyterian Church, and Better Futures Minnesota.
