The client of this project, TECVASA international, is a private Spanish company dedicated to the technical and administrative management of hydraulic infrastructure which includes services related to drinking water, environmental sanitation and purification, wastewater and irrigation systems.
These offices are located within city halls of municipalities that contract their services and allow them to renovate management space within the building. The remodeling of spaces includes reconfiguring interior walls, windows, lighting, wood and glass finish materials. The design of each requires the maximum utilization of the space, visibility across the room, and ease of access for employees and customers. All offices must express the company’s corporate image and transmit a contemporary style of design.
